Copying Campaigns

How to copy campaigns across multiple client locations within Solopreneur Solutions Lost Lead Prevention Software

Copying campaigns is useful if you want to run the same campaign across multiple client locations. Instead of creating and customizing the campaign from scratch, you can simply copy it and make any adjustments necessary.

Follow the steps below if you want to copy a campaign:

  1. Click Marketing -> Campaigns on the client view.
  2. Click on the campaign you want to copy.
  3. Click the Actions dropdown on the top right.
  4. Click Copy Campaign.
  5. Type in a New Campaign Name and select the client location(s) you want to copy the campaign into.
  6. Click Save.
  • You may need to make adjustments to the campaign copied in other client locations depending on the configurations and setup.
  • All copied triggers start in draft mode so be sure to activate them.
