Password Reset

Reset your password (forgot your password?), change your password or change the password for an agency/client user

1. Reset your password (forgot your password?)

Open a support ticket with HighLevel and we will help you reset the password

2. Change your password

2.1.

On the agency dashboard click Settings -> User Settings
Scroll down to Change Password, put in the old password and new password (confirm). Click Update Password

2.2.

On the agency dashboard click Settings -> Agency Team Management
Find the account you are presently logged into and click Edit
Scroll down to the Password field, change the password and click Save

3. Change the password for an Agency Employee or Account Employee

Follow the same steps found in 2.2. (above) with a small change to step 2 - You are finding and clicking edit for the account that needs the password change and not the one you are presently logged into
